How long does it take to process my order?
All KeoAfrique pieces are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

How long does shipping take?
Domestic (US) orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.

How do I request a return?
To request a return, log in to your account, find your order, and select "Request a return". Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Sizing & Product Care

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you are between sizes or need a custom fit, feel free to send us your measurements when placing your order so we can help ensure the best fit possible.

Measurements may include: bust, waist, hips, length, and inseam (for pants)

How do I care for my KeoAfrique pieces?
To preserve the quality and vibrancy of your Ankara and Adire fabrics, we recommend hand washing in cold water or gentle machine wash. Lay flat to dry and avoid direct sunlight when drying.
